We have developed a condition monitorin system for the critical components of the blowout preventer.

The solution enables an intelligent maintenance approach for the BOP’s critical components though failure prediction alerts. It uses the unstructured data recorded by the event logger, thus requiring no additional hardware to monitor the operating condition.

The technology facilitates the maintenance planning by providing the cycles counting for BOP’s and valves, condition monitoring for annulars BOP’s and leak detection in the hydraulic control system.
